The black lever in the automatic soap / disinfectant dispenser should be in the correct position. Otherwise, nothing will be ejected from the automatic dispenser even though the sensor recognizes your hand.

Instructions for setting the distance for sensor detection (Model No. 903)
Turn the yellow lever to the left to reduce the distance and to the right to increase the distance. Each turn can be about 90 ° and the total adjustment should not exceed 180 °.
